A: Step 1: contact us for an sample with details like the quantity, color, flavor(wax),size, the effect you want etc.
Step 2:Based on your product requirements and after communicating with the courier company, we will inform you of the sample cost and courier charge.
Step 3: To arrange the courier charge by Paypal, Western Union, or bank account from your side.
Step 4: Samples are sent to you in 2-5 days once the charge is received.
3.Q:How much the transportation freight of samples?
A:The freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.
4.Q:How long can I expect to get the sample?
A:The samples will be ready for delivery in 2-5days.The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
5.Q:Does your factory support customization.
A:Yes,you are welcome to customize own brand package and product.
6.Q:How to order?
A:Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax,or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order.We need to know your requirement details before sending you PI. Normally the payment terms is deposit 30% by TT.
7.Q: How long is your delivery time for mass order?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
